The program PACRIT.ZIP contains a self extracting file PACRIT.EXE
that will extract the files of RanEigen into the current directory.

To install RanEigen
1) Create a directory/folder on your hard-disk that will contain the
   program RanEigen. For example, if you are using the DOS command
   window and want to place the program on drive C: into the directory
   RANEIGEN, then
   - change to your hard-disk (e.g. C:) with
     C:
   - move to the root directory with
     CD C:\
   - and create a directory on C: with
     MD RANEIGEN
2) Extract the file PACRIT.EXE from PACRIT.ZIP into the directory
   created in step 1).
3) Run the file PACRIT.EXE to extract all files RanEigen will need
   into the directory created in step 1.
